Looking to satisfy your sweet tooth without the calories? Try Arctic Zero products!

I really thought that these products were going to be too good to be true until I tasted them.  Arctic Zero is a brand that makes low-calorie sweet treats, including pints of delicious frozen goodness that are only 150 calories for the whole pint in flavors such as chocolate, cookies & cream, coffee, mint chocolate cookie, chocolate peanut butter, vanilla maple, and other seasonal flavors (such as pumpkin spice) that are sure to please.  Also, they have 85 calorie bars in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and orange cream.  Here's some additional information that makes these even more enticing:
  • Gluten Free
  • Fat Free
  • 14 grams of whey protein per pint
  • 8 grams of fiber per pint
  • Non-GMO
  • Natural or Organic Ingredients
  • No Sugar Alcohols
  • Bars & Pints are suitable for the lactose intolerant

So you are probably wondering what it is sweetened with?  Well, Arctic Zero uses monk fruit and organic cane sugar as the sweetener.  Now, when you take a bite of these desserts, do not expect it to taste like Ben & Jerry ice cream.  It tastes more like a frozen protein shake, but it does curb the desire for a sweet treat.  My kids LOVED the frozen bars, except the chocolate coating did break off quite easily, making a bit of a mess for us.  I personally fell in love with the coffee flavored pint.  I also enjoyed the cookies & cream and chocolate peanut butter flavors.  The best thing about it all was that I had absolutely no guilt eating it.  If you do have a sweet tooth and are looking to try an alternative to satisfy your cravings, give Arctic Zero a shot. Here is the link to their website:  Arctic Zero and I would encourage you to follow them on Facebook and Twitter as well!

What flavor would you like to try?

  1. I promised myself to eat healthy food and drinks to prevent acquiring diseases and dental defects. I've seen this product in one of the advertisements and it caught my attention so I bought one. I loved the taste. It was very refreshing. I'm planning to buy again this weekend.

  4. I love chocolates and sweets. That is also the reason why I lost my back teeth. Now, I still eat chocolates, but I always make sure to make my teeth sugar-free to prevent tooth decays.

  8. Though gluten and fat free products maybe a good alternative, you also need to eat moderately. Eating too much chocolate/sweets may affect your teeth. Be sure to take preventive actions like brushing your teeth after eating sweets to avoid toothache and tooth cavity.

  11. This ice cream looks very delicious but we have to put in mind that anything sweet can cause a wide range of dental problems. You should eat in moderation and don't forget to brush your teeth after eating. Make it a habit.

  13. I am glad that more and more manufacturers are starting to make their products gluten-free for a healthier nutrition. When it comes to oral health, I have to agree with the previous comments, no matter how healthy the food you eat, you always need to brush your teeth regularly to maintain a good oral health.

  16. I still would try and caution anybody, especially those who have undergone dental implants las vegas procedures, to watch those food that say it's sugar free because it has those sugar substitutes anyway, like aspertame, frucose, glucose, xylithol and the likes that can be more harmful to the enamel of the tooth.

  17. I still would caution anybody about that product not because it does not use sugar but the very fact that it uses a substitute for sugar makes me worry much more.

  19. There's no doubt that these foods are very satisfying. But I tell you, it won't satisfy your pockets at all. I had to go the knoxville dentist five times last week because of dental problems caused by eating too many sweets. I don't think you would like to follow my foot steps.
